Servants for each weekend are prayerfully selected by the leader (rector) for each weekend. In order to ensure our weekends are as spiritually fulfilling and as organized as possible, all volunteers must first have participated in a past retreat and went through a leadership training session. Each cha (servant) must be committed to be at each team meeting, as well as each day of the weekend.
